Here are a couple of installs we just completed up in London, United Kingdom recently. We were originally contacted by Doug who informed us he’d been thinking about Solar PV for a while and was attracted not just by the savings he would be making but also the environmental benefits as well. We sent him a quote remotely and were then invited up to conduct a site survey. Doug then asked us if we could also install a Sedum Roof while we were up doing the Solar and of course we were only to happy to oblige… Doug got talking to his Nextdoor neighbour Joan about his Solar project and after she had seen the savings he was due to make decided to make the leap to Solar as well.
Both customers had exactly the same roofs so we installed 2 identical systems.
These systems comprised of the following;
- 8 Longi 430W all black panels in GSE Flat roof mounting consoles
- 1 x 3.6kW Sunsynk hybrid inverter
- 1 x Sunsynk 5.32kWh wall mounted battery
- 8x Tigo optimisers
(And of course Doug had a Sedum Roof installed as well)
